Celebrity Face Of The Day

Since I'm not looking especially "put together" today after a very loooonnng day of July 4th festivities and a late night out, I figured the best photos to put up on the blog would not include my tired face.  Therefor on days like this, (which happen pretty often for one reason or another) I'm going to start sharing my favorite "Celebrity FOTD"(face-of-the-day).  Today's face focuses on 38 year old supermodel, Shalom Harlow.  Yes, an almost 40 year old supermodel!! Can I get an AMEN!!

How gorgeous is this chick??  I have always loved Shalom and thought she had quite an ethereal quality about her - almost a Snow White resemblance with the raven hair and milky white skin.  She was quoted in the Allure Magazine article,"16 ways to look younger with makeup," as saying that her secrets to taking care of herself have included sunscreen, facials, and yoga.  Looks like I need to book another facial appointment and start practicing yoga STAT!!  

If you haven't seen Shalom's appearance in the magical short movie, L'Odyssee, created by high end jewelry giant Cartier this year, then you MUST check this out.  She shows up at the end and is gorgeous as ever.  Let's hear it for the older models being relevant in the world of advertising!!
