With summer staring me in the eyes, I decided I needed to add to my sunglasses collection this past weekend. I own a couple of higher end designer pairs that I adore, but when it comes to hitting the beach or pool with 3 children, I need more practical (= cheap) ones that I don’t mind getting beat up. Here’s a peak at three looks I created and how you can get creative with accessorizing with your own sunglasses!
How To Accessorize With Sunglasses
My equation for accessorizing with sunglasses ::
Sunnies + Hair + Lipcolor + Earrings = Complete face look
{LOOK #1. MAC Pro Longwear Lipglass in “full speed ahead.}
{Bright beaded earrings and glossy lips pull in the happy yellow sunnies vibe!}
{Hair was left down and unfussy. Don’t you like seeing my towel racks in the reflections??!}
{LOOK #2. Wet n Wild lipstick in #903C.}
{Printed extra large frames are a fun way to spice up a boring outfit!
This black and white print goes with everything!}
{A wrapped side pony tail and simple diamond studs finish the look -fake diamond studs:)}
{LOOK #3. MAC matte Lady Danger.}
{Hair got cut off in picture, but it’s a high messy top knot with focus on the lips!}
{My simple geometric earrings are the perfect compliment to the thin Ray Ban frames.}
My top two pairs of sunglasses are my newest additions that I got at a cheapy little store in our local mall, at 2 for $15! You can’t beat that for these super trendy sunnies. And my 3 year old Ray Bans are my staples that I wear all the time when I want a simple polished look. My blush is MAC’s “fleur power” in all 3 looks.
What are your favorite types of shades to wear right now? Do you go expensive shades or cheapo trendy sunnies?
